Nokia 6230

I don't know what I was thinking, it's a Nokia 6230 that I am trying to
download my phonebook, I want to be able to integrate it into some other
software.

Can you tell me where to find the AT Commands or the FBUS mode Commands.

I am new to this so all the help would be most grateful.

If you want to just download the phonebook, why don't you use gnokii?
The AT command set is quite limited, e.g. you can access only the
default number, etc. FBUS mode commands are more powerful. If you are
writing your GPL'd application, you can use libgnokii.
