But it was ugly. This just a cosmetic change which doesn't broke
anything. gnokii --getphonebook and xgnokii save creates the same
output, so this is a good thing.

I think the real problem is that entry->empty wasn't cleared, so
xgnokii import called DeletePhonebook instead of WritePhonebook.
