Bluetooth on OS X

Hi,

  In case someone's interested in getting a version of gnokii, which
features native Bluetooth support for OS X, he can contact me directly via
mail or just reply to this post. If there's popular demand for this feature,
I could talk to the main developer and merge my changes into the official
gnokii source.
