GSMD::Gnokii yet another version

Hi,

I just updated my cvs-version as well as the package and put a new
one out on http://www.agouros.de/gnokii/GSM.tar.gz. This version
now honors an environment variable GNOKII_DIR to find the gnokii-source.
If it isn't set it expects it in /var/tmp/gnokii.

Note also that there is an API-Change now. Instead of calling 
$conn->{'connection'}->method $conn->method is called directly since
I finally understood the use of AUTOLOAD.
