Nokia 6110 and V110 protocol

My experimentations with a datacall to a computer connected to an ISDN
line maybe of interest to others.

With the V110 protocol you can connect to the computer in seconds instead
off the long time necessary with a normal modem connection.

To use this protocoll you have to put ATS35=0 in your chat script
Example:
connect 'chat -v TIMEOUT 60 ABORT BUSY ABORT ERROR ABORT "NO CARRIER" ""
AT OK ATS35=0 OK ATD0123456789 CONNECT'

On the computer connected to the ISDN line you will need a getty on a
ttyI* line. From my inittab:
I8:35:respawn:/usr/sbin/mgetty ttyI8

In mgetty.conf you will have to put something like:
port ttyI8
data-only y
init-chat "" ATZ OK AT&E123456789 OK AT&R9600S19=197 OK

All other things are the same as with a modem-connection.

Maybe this will work with other phones too, but I have no possibility to
test it. It was mentioned to me by someone who uses a Nokia Communicator.

N.B. Maybe this description can be added to the DataCalls-QuickStart in
Docs.
