    Enable reading SMS from external directory for fake driver. It affects
    --getsms behaviour in fake driver.
    
    To configure it you need to put into the config file:
    [fake_driver]
    sms_inbox = /path/to/sms/dir
    
    If not specified, SMS will be read from the static, hardcoded table.
