While this change look correct, I'm extremely reluctant to change such a critical package.
This is especially so with the coming of Hardy which would leave no time to fix any
problem this change might cause.

I'll add it to the todo list for Hardy.


The Hardy version of debconf doesn't contain Ubuntu anywhere, so this isn't needed.
