Hi,

Starting to look at builder again.

Where i am
----------
- Step 3: Configuration
        + config: added MIRROR_SECURITY
        + config: added UPSTREAM_FINGERPRINT_SECURITY
        + gen-repo: use MIRROR_SECURITY and UPSTREAM_FINGERPRINT_SECURITY
        + packages-to-remove:
these packages are not in the jessie mirror:

                a2ps-perl-ja, abuse-frabs, aee, afio,
                app-install-data-commercial, bcm43xx-fwcutter,
                bnetd, chromium, chromium-data, d4x, ee, envyng-core,
                envyng-gtk, envyng-qt, firefox, firefox-3.0,
                gstreamer0.10-pitfdll, helix-player, ivman, jockey,
                kdelibs, kubuntu-meta, libxprintapputil,
                linux-backports-modules-2.6.24, listen, mesademos, mol,
                mol-drivers-linux, mp32ogg, nikto, scribus-ng-doc,
                tkman, ubufox, ubuntu-artwork, ubuntu-meta, vbaexpress

how do i check this is correct ?
        do i

- Step 4: Debmirror
        + fetch wheezy mirror
if it is better to work on wheezy, it is possible
        + fetch jessie mirror

- Step 6: Setting up $REPODST
        + serve $REPODST & local jessie mirror
        + ./gen-repo

where i'm stuck
---------------
- ./builder/do_update
        + after set_purge (packages-to-remove)
                do_update executes reprepro
        + i get a 404 on all debian/dists/jessie*/InRelease
+ i get Could not find 'universe/binary-i386/Packages' within
'/srv/basedir-dunsink//gnewsense/lists/Upstream-backports_jessie-backports_Release'

and then reprepro exist on error.

next steps
----------
- look at Bob's changes
maybe i can try with the DOWNLOAD_IN_RELEASE
and the do-update script and see where that gets me

did not look at the do-update changes yet

thx

eddi
