It's important to note that neither GNOME Shell nor GNOME 3's "Fallback Mode" 
currently works on the Yeeloong, so we'll have to change the default desktop 
environment or fix the issue at least for that port.

I know this from personal experience using the Debian mipsel port, plus this 
guy[1] also couldn't get it to work using the same GPU as is in the Yeeloong.
