I have read some about Google's "Go" programming language[1] online
(obviously) and see in their source code that they have Makefile for
arm[2] and as usual, x86 and amd64. What parameters in the Makefile do
I have to change to make it "Loongson-compliant"?
I am no expert on the different licenses, but is the "Go" programming
language GPL-compliant (their LICENSE file[3] is "a BSD-styled
license")?

"Don't get set into one form, adapt it and build
your own, and let it grow, be like Emacs. Empty
your mind, be formless, shapeless - like Emacs.
If you put Emacs in a cup it becomes the cup, if
you put into a bottle it becomes the bottle. You
put Emacs into a teapot it becomes the teapot.
Now, Emacs can flow or it can crash. Be Emacs, my friend"
