We currently have only gnome-system-tools in Bazaar, instead of 
system-tools-backends. I don't have time to add it right now, but you 
could do that yourself if you want to with something like:

apt-get source system-tools-backends
bzr add system-tools-backends
bzr push 
sftp://<user>@bzr.savannah.nongnu.org/srv/bzr/gnewsense/packages/system-tools-backends
