 I am sorry this is going to the mailing list, but I just wanted contributors (and eventually, someone else who wants to contribute) to have the updated version with Davids changes included in Kim's version of the original document.

I also included a diff file.

Also, I forgot to comment on the suggestion of using Wordpress as a revision system:
I am not sure how Wordpress would work as a version control system, I have only used it for blogging.

I write and edit everything in Emacs and use the Texinfo-mode (with the available hotkeys) to make the editing faster and more efficient. I also use the diff mode when I recieve the versions from you guys.
