[Gnewsense-dev] bittorrent is back

Subject says it all.
I've set up the following in roots crontab. hopefully this will start
it correctly:

@reboot screen bttrack --port 6969
--dfile /var/lib/bittorrent/recent.downloader
--allowed_dir /data/cdimage/

(sorry about linebreaks, obviously they are not in the file).

I'd rather throw it in a file in /etc, but I dont think /etc/cron.d
allows @reboot.
