Hi all,

Just added basic Standby Support to linux-loongson-2.6.30.1 and create a
new tag: linux-loongson-2.6.30.1-Standby (This tag include STD, EC,
RTL8187b wifi drivers)

you can download it here:

http://dev.lemote.com/cgit/rt4ls.git/snapshot/linux-loongson-2.6.30.1-Standby.tar.bz2

or

git://dev.lemote.com/rt4ls.git linux-loongson/2.6.30/stable

have tested it with the default kernel configuration file
arch/mips/configs/yeeloong2f_defconfig with gcc 4.4, works well. it may
save at least 2W for you.

* Usage:

after compiling the kernel with the default configuration file, please
install the kernel image file and the relative modules, and then, you
just need to execute this command to enter into the standby mode:

$ echo standby > /sys/power/state

and then, resume it with a press on any button of the keyboard.

Enjoy it!

BTW: several new features will be added to this standby support,
including the backlight, camera, usb, wifi operations, which will save
about 5W for you. these new features will come about 1-3 weeks later,

Regards,
Wu Zhangjin
