[Gnewsense-dev] gnewsense roadmap

I was talking with samgee on IRC and we thought it could be useful to
have a written roadmap for all the gnewsense versions:

i386 32bit
i386 64 bit
mips-l
ppc

This way users could have a better understanding about what developers
are doing and where we are going.

I created this page as a draft.

gNewSense developers should update it with all relevant informations:
