which doesn't include any source code, but I don't think it is non-free.

The battery stuff comes from:;a=summary

  (I'll get this merged into the gNewSense builds)

as for the wifi changes I have no idea.  I guess D-- patched the stock
driver in Linux.  Perhaps you can ask him about it?
