The error is not about mp3 decoding at all.

First error is about audio codec AAC. You will need to install
gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad (if you are running Debian/Ubuntu) or other
such equivalent gstreamer plugin.

Second error is for video coded H264. For this you will need
gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg (if you are running Debian/Ubuntu) or other such
equivalent gstreamer plugin.
