Details:
The frame rate of dump-gnash is limited to a multiple of its -d argument.
The reason is that dump-gnash polls the core every x milliseconds, where x is
specified by -d (10 by default). If it finds it should advance, it does so and
marks the time of the last advance to the *current time*.
If the requested frame rate is 24 fps (a frame approximately every 42ms),
dump-gnash realizes every 50 ms that it should advance. The time of the last
advance isn't set to the correct 42ms point, but rather to the current 50ms
point, so that the effective frame rate is 20fps rather than 24.
