The dummy.c in libgnu is just normal since I've only ripped the macros and not any functions. gnulib is kinda convenient when it comes to not re-inventing the wheel and since it doesn't add any bloat I don't think having support for it is a con. However I could easily remove the support if that's wanted, on the contrary I'd like to use strndup() in favor of strdup() at libamf/element.cpp.

But Gnash doesn't use either asnprintf or strndup, so I still don't understand why this is necessary. There's nothing in the libgnu directory anyway.
