Build of gcc-git 2023-08-06 fails in libgm2

The build of the gcc-git version dated 2023-08-06 using gcc-12.2.0 fails 
as follows:

/home/build/opt/gcc/src/gcc-git/libgm2/libm2iso/wrapclock.cc: In 
function long int m2iso_wrapclock_timezone(:
/home/build/opt/gcc/src/gcc-git/libgm2/libm2iso/wrapclock.cc:77:21: 
error: struct std::tm has no member named tm_gmtoff
   77 |       return result.tm_gmtoff;

Please advise.
