Hi John,

I've used git archive to archive the files only pertinent to gm2 and
gcc-12:

   129M   Oct 31 13:36 gcc-12-gm2-20221031.tar.gz

I'll script the generation of archives (and for m2gcc-10, m2gcc-11) when
they are also in git.  It should be trivial to keep m2gcc12 merged with
gcc12.  The above archive contains all gcc fixes up to last week and
gm2 up until May 10 (ish) - just prior to the new link implementation,
