Hello,
The web page
https://www.nongnu.org/gm2/debian.html
has the old info for using keys.
I see from the archives that it should be:
sudo gpg --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 29109908987D24D5
sudo gpg --export --armor 29109908987D24D5 | sudo apt-key add -
