latest changes pushed to master

Hi,

I thought I'd mention the changelog entry recently pushed to master,
which tightens the debugging accuracy and error accuracy by producing
virtual tokens for all sub-expressions created.

It also implements creation of different constant literals depending
upon the whereabouts of the location counter.  Again this should provide
more accurate errors/runtime errors and debugging notes.  For working
code these changes have no effect (but the code base is cleaner
M2Quads.mod)
