Would GM2 support MinGW32-MSYS and MinGW64-MSYS2 other than just Cygwin on Windows? BTW, I think we should distribute prebuilt installation package on Windows rather than let the users to build GM2 themselves. Something like MinGW64 currently offer should be the best.
