[Gm2] Numerical Library - GM2 32 bit Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

Hallo Gaius,

compiled GM2 successfully on my 32 bit Linux system.

The IO-Library compiles fine but the numerical library crashes the 
compiler a lot of time, mostly with modules compiling fine on 64 bit.

reproduce and don't get the preprocessor running - I added a binary 
version at https://opensourceprojects.eu/p/modula2/tools/sources.

Would be great if we could check if that's a general problem or caused 
by my installation.

PS: I published my (incomplete) interface to the OpenMPI library - maybe 
someone is interested in developing parallel programs.
