[Gm2] gm2-5.4.0 Long road to LDFLAGS

Greetings, Gaius:

I tried building gm2-5.4.0-20180207 with the latest LDFLAGS fix.

Now, mc and mklink build in gcc/gm2/boot-bin/ but LDFLAGS never made it 
to ppg:

/home/build/gcc/5.2.0/bin/gcc -g -o gm2/ppg [...] \
gm2/gm2-ppg-boot/main.o -lm -lpth
