let us know if it is useful! I tried this on RHEL 7.1 and ran into conflicts with the filesystem package. It looks like files are installed to /usr/lib/ and /usr/share/doc/. Shouldn't these also be able to installed to /opt/? It says the conflicts are with the / and /usr/lib directories. (RPM cannot have duplicate files.) -- D. E. Evans http://oberon07.com
