[Gm2] non-free regression tests

Hi,

I've run the collection of non-free regression tests on the 4.1.2 gcc
graft of gm2.  There were 6 regressions (DlgShell.mod), all seemed to
occur due to stricter parameter checking.  All other regressions passed.

The gcc 4.7.4 graft of gm2 had a few more regressions.

                === gm2 Summary ===

# of expected passes            10586
# of unexpected failures        42

(30 were due to the non-free tests), which is very useful to focus
attention.

Also changed recently in a minor way was the online documentation which
now renders unordered lists - a few older news items were removed,
