Gaius,

after having not much time in the last weeks I now got GM2 compiled
again and my code is compiled fine now - including the test code you
provided - though that one does not procudce any output at all ;-)

Now some parts of the low level stuff crashes - need to see if that is
related to GM2 or if I have some code failures. Will keep you informed.

Nevertheless my formatted output procedures with multiple arguments now
seems to work.
