[Gm2] latest changes in repository

Hi,

the latest entry into git is:

  * gm2/gm2-lang.c: remove the Go defaults in
    gm2_langhook_init_options_struct.  No longer attempt
    to split the stack, which fixes regression test failures
    in gm2/coroutines/pim/run/pass/testiotransfer.mod
    and gm2/coroutines/pim/run/pass/testtransfer.mod.

and this produces the following regression test results on Debian Wheezy
x86_64:
