[Gm2] Building gcc-4.7.3+gm2 on Windows7/Cygwin32

Hello Gaius,

I can once again report a successfull build using 
gcc-4.7.3+gm2-git-latest.tar.gz; (09-Nov-2013) under Cygwin32 running on top of 
Windows 7.

The summary of the tests looks good, I also tried some test programs from the 
examples directory:

Short instructions for those willing to use the build: You have to extract the 
archive right into your home folder (like C:\cygwin\home\Christoph in my case). 
A directory opt is created which contains GNU Modula-2. After adding the path 
to the binaries to your environment (by typing export PATH=~/opt/bin:$PATH) you 
should be ready to build programs.
