[Gm2] gm2-harness back again

Hi,

there is a script in the top level directory of gm2 which will download
a vanilla gcc-4.7.3 and add gm2 and apply patches.

This might be useful if you:

  (a)  have internet access on the development machine.
  (b)  have git installed.
  (c)  want to do your own graft rather than download a pre-made one
       from floppsie.

To roll your own patched tree you could:

$ git clone git://git.sv.gnu.org/gm2.git
$ bash ./combine-trees 

which will generate the directory:

scratch/combined

under which is the grafted gcc-4.7.3+gm2

but again - feel free to ignore all of this if you just want to download
the combined pre-made tarball,
