[Gm2] new debian gm2 package built from the gcc-4.1.2 branch

Hi,

I've built a new debian package under squeeze which hopefully will work
with wheezy (and Ubuntu/Mint etc).  This package is built from the
gcc-4.1.2 branch of gm2 - which has not changed since 09-01-2013  (9th
Jan).

  However the package now has a post install script which is run
when the package is installed and the script copies crt?.o into the
gm2 library directories.
