[Gm2] gm2 C++ output

Hello,

Just recently I was trying some more advanced options of the gm2 
compiler on Debian i386.
Compiling with the option -fmakelist -fmakeinit produces a _M2_module.cpp

I am wondering what to do with this option and output.

Hoping to compile a gm2 generated source on a C++ compiler remains 
unclear to me if this is possible specially across platforms.
