Hi Stéphane,

if you have an up to date Cygwin installation just download the binary package 
and (assuming a standard installation in C:\cygwin) unpack the archive to 
C:\cygwin\gm2; Add the path to the binaries (export PATH=/gm2/bin:$PATH) and 
there you go.
