[Gm2] gm2 and mingw

Hi Gaius,

I found what appears to be an old page with some information on
building gm2 as a cross-compiler for Windows with MinGW:

Questions:

1.  Can I get a copy of the shell script (the link is broken), and
will it work with the current gm2 tarball?

2.  Will the cross-compiler coexist nicely with my current gm2 installation?

3.  Has anyone else tried this?
