[Gm2] RndFile.OpenOld buglet

Hi Gaius,

Calling OpenOld with

RndFile.OpenOld(file,filename,RndFile.read,result);

fails to mark the channel as raw.  According to the definition file
(and other M2 implementations) the omission of the text flag should
imply raw.
