Hi John,

thanks for the report.  I've now added more standard tests to
configure, which detect cfmakeraw on Debian etch:

    * gm2/gm2-libs/configure:  rebuilt.
    * gm2/gm2-libs/configure.in:  added test code cfmakeraw.
    * gm2/gm2-libs/gm2-libs-host.h.in:  added stub for
      cfmakeraw.

do they detect its absence under Solaris?
