Hi,
Finally gm2 can be built with gcc-4.1.0 reliably on Athlon/Opteron
LP64 and i386 platforms - I've not tested others yet. I've just seen
gm2-harness build and run gm2.paranoid using the following options:
./configure --with-gcc=4.1.0
not all regressions pass though.. but at least the compiler stage1,
stage2 and stage3 are stable..
