[Gm2] tar ball of latest cvs repository available

The latest cvs repository is tar gz in:

ftp://floppsie.comp.glam.ac.uk/pub/m2/gm2-cvs.tar.gz

This tar ball will be created when a checkin occurs
(not nightly as previously suggested).

I'll update the web page a little later this morning,
Maybe it would be useful to place the commit log information
on the GNU Modula-2 web site?
