Here is the CronJob list of scheduled updates:
10 * * * * report_mirror
25 8 * * * /home/varun/sync-scripts/fedora-mirror

But i just found that somebody commented out updates and releases section in 
fedora-mirror and deleted all files from updates and releases section of 
fedora-repos.
