[Glug-nith-discuss] Decisions taken in GLUG-NITH Meet

The GLUG-NITH meet held today ,Tuesday,the 22nd of April 2008, at
Nescafe, Adm. Block was attended by the following members :-

Divya Sharma
Shishir Goel
Varun Patial
Ashwini Dhiman

The meeting resulted in the following decisions being taken:-
1. The transfer of GLUG-NITH server administration responsibility.
GLUG-NITH has two servers , One - Razorblade, the main GLUG-NITH
server hosting most of the mirrors and Second - the IBM server, which
is to host some mirrors as well. Both servers will be managed and
administered by Varun Patial.
2.  The GLUG-NITH account in the SBI brach in the institute will be
managed by Ashwini Dhiman.
3. The responsibility for the GLUG-NITH site and the wiki page
(htp://wiki.glug-nith.org/) will be of Ashwini Dhiman.
4. The domain GLUG-NITH is registered in the name of Debarshi Ray,
which will be transferred to someone in the institute (preferably a
faculty member) from next time. This time the registration amount will
be deposited in Debarshi Ray's account from the GLUG-NITH account.
5. More members are to be included in the group from next semester to
prevent the GLUG-NITH spirit from dying away. We invite all the
mailing list subscribers to come forward and join the group.
