[Glug-nith-discuss] fsck problem on hardy

Hi,

I have fat32 on sda1,sda5 and sda6. Every time i boot my laptop it does fsck and it really painful to wait for 3-4 minutes and in the end it throw some error report and proceeds to login screen. 

dosfsck 2.11, 12 Mar 2005, FAT32, LFN
There are differences between boot sector and its backup.

  Not automatically fixing this.
/dev/sda1: 130058 files, 1147349/1279551 clusters

I've tried to run this manually and tried to fix these problems but it didnt work.
Its not the first time i'm facing this problem and its really annoying. does any have similar issue? On feisty there was some problem with hardware clock and it used to do force check.
