Hello,
      We had organised a.out on 23rd October,2007 and here is the latest report
on the standings.

We had given 5 questions with a total of 1500 points based upon the weightage
of the different test cases that the problems had. The highest team scored 75
points with a couple of them on 25 and one on 50. Since we cannot really hand 
out such huge cash prizes just based upon the scores as the scores are too low
for the overall scores so we would be haning out the participation certificates
to the 20 teams who qualified for the mains.

A lot of teams had problems with gcc and also I/O so we will do a short workshop
to address these issues for the 20 teams and we will be holding the mains again
on 4th January,2008. Since some our ex alumni will also be present at that time
so that adds up as well. At that time we will have a fixed cut off which teams 
have to qualify to get a claim on the prize. We will also be giving out the 
sample codes for the current problems for teams to go through.
