[Glug-nith-discuss] Updates on Software Freedom Day

Hello,
      Here are some fresh updates on the preparations for Software Freedom Day.

1. The day of the celebrations have been pushed from September 15 to September 
22nd ie. the next Saturday. This is because of the first periodicals which are 
slated between 17th and 19th September which would have affected the 
participation in the College a lot and thus diluted the effect of the event.
After contacting the SFD organisers there permission has been sought for 22nd 
to which they have kindly agreed and volunteered to provide us 
T-shirts(limited),distro cds,stickers,baloons free of cost. :-D

2. Sagar is working on glucki and it will soon be up with a page on SFD 
and details regarding it. Also the wiki page on softwarefreedomday.org will be 
updated as soon as we finalise the events.

3. The events would soon be finalised that we will be planning. So those of you
in the list who are in College kindly come forward to help out in whatever way
possible. We need a lot of people working har to organise the event. After all
Freedom isn't about a single person's fight is it? :-D

4. Any questions are always welcome but those who can personally ask me or some 
of the Final year guys who are organising it at the moment ie. Divya,Sagar,
Shishir,Khushboo,Agam should do so.Its always nice that ways.
