Dell is asking people to come up with new ideas that they can use. A lot
of ideas have already been posted on:

The top 'idea' is to provide a pre-installed distribution of GNU/Linux on
Dell machines, and the second one is to provide OpenOffice instead of
Microsoft Office.

It makes sense for interested GLUGers to vote there. If you register
yourself before voting, it counts for 10 votes, so please do it. 

There is no 'verification' process. The registration is a one-click
thing, so its better to do it. You can also read and post comments.
