[glob2-devel] Alpha11 has been released

Hello,

Alpha11 has been released and can be downloaded there:

This release brings two major features:
- Voice over IP
- Clearing area
And one new translation:
- Slovene

VoIP uses the Speex codec. In this release, the normal mode is used. If 
someone wants to play with VBR and silence detection, please do and report 
results.

Press v and hold v to speak, micro appears. Press shift-v for continuous 
speak. Press v again to cancel.

Speech input only works on Unix (OSS). Speak output works everywhere.
