[glob2-devel] Great new feature

Hi everyone, I've added Voice over IP (VoIP) to Glob2.

To send voice, just press v and speak. Music will fade to allow you to hear 
voice better. Voice is unaffected by music volume allowing people to set both 
music and voice volume with the help of the main system volume.

You need libspeex (http://www.speex.org/) to compile glob2 now. Debian package 
and autoconf updated. For now, only Unixes are supported for voice recording. 
Port guys are welcomed to add support for win32 and OS X. Define are already 
in place.
