[Ghm-discuss] GNU Hacker's Meeting 2019 - Madrid

Hi everybody!

Unless someone suggests a better working alternative,  I will be
organizing the GHM 2019 in Madrid, Spain.

The venue will be the ETSISI in the UPM [1], the Informatics schools in
the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where I studied.

I will be uploading a webpage soon, but first I wanted to gather some
feedback regarding the best timing for the meeting.  Basically we have
two alternatives (the venue is closed during August):

a) During the last week of July.
b) During the first week of September.

Which one you think is better?

As for the duration of the event, I was thinking about 3 complete days,
like we did in the recent editions.
