Debian Miniconf has a pretty neat description of a venue in Hamburg/Germany:

Around the location are many good places to eat/drink, small hostels and
airbnb addresses (just in case, the venue offers all that).

Sorry to say that I'm too busy to care for details, but maybe someone
can talk with the venue and see if they still have capacity in the
summer/autumn.
